We will be using normal accommodation like mountain accommodation in the teahouse or guest house. Toilets will normally be outside. The rooms and beds are neat and clean.

Report it to you trekking leader or guide if you have any health inconveniences. You will immediately be rescued. Drink plenty of hot drinks and do not smoke in the higher elevation. Have balanced diet and have sound sleep.
